The initial screening interview was done on the phone where an HR representative asked me all behavioural questions such as:
"Why do you want to work for Paradigm?"
"Describe a conflict in the workforce and how you resolved it"
I was offered an onsite interview however I had to extend the interview date since I had another interview to attend and Paradigm was very helpful in arranging that, however the position was given to someone else before I could make it into my interview because management needed the position filled immediately.
