I first interviewed with in a recorded interview. The was easy as you can redo the video if you feel like you didn't do your best. I then got an email requesting an interview with the head of the department. This was a casual conversation.

There was one phone screening interview where they asked about interests at Paramount and previous experience. It was brief and chill. The second round was a meeting with the manager that you end up working for. The questions are more in-depth and they look to see if you have a mind that matches the position. You are also expected to go deeper about your experience and why you want to work with/why you think you are suited for that team specifically.

Easy they did a phone screening and behavior interview, asking what you would do in certain scenarios, before meeting with the manager. They were pretty nice and the phone screener was more concerned about making sure the interview process went smoothly
