Confusion. The recruiter called and sounded uncertain of what she was doing. She would not tell what the salary was. It took another week before I was contacted by an HR person and then they were uncertain what to do. The day of my interview I interviewed with the manager and HR and the HR person just sat there. At the end the HR person asked me some survey questions about my experience. I’m still waiting to learn about the salary and benefits. I have interviewed there in the past and it was a much smoother process. I had all my questions answered including salary and benefits.
