3 interview portions: 1st was with Talent Acquistion, he was very friendly... He had a little giggle he would conclude a sentence with that warmed me right up. The 2nd interview was with the CS Manager, whom also was very friendly they both asked me very compelling questions that made me excited about the position. I asked them questions and they responded openly to them. The last interview was maybe 15 minutes apart from the 2nd. The 3rd portion was (2) mock calls from the start to the end, I was able to assist the caller (1st call asked about monthly parking passes and getting a refund, the 2nd call was to see about amenties for a parking spot) without much knowledge of the company outside of a 45 minute study of the company's website/app; alongside the mock call script provided prior to the call- it was pretty straight forward. I'm really looking forward to building with the company.
