Colloquio
Initially a telephone interview with the Divisional Planning Manager, followed by a face to face with him and the Divisional Dialler Manager. Both were largely informal, asking about previous experiences and the strengths I could bring to the role. I was also asked to complete a presentation in the face to face interview.
