Process took 3 weeks. Hiring process was unclear and lengthy; recruiter, hiring mgr, case study, staggered panel interview (3), final. As a tip, the final judge of any "6" round interview process should be the last of the panel. Not to mention, I was told twice "as a final step." They were entirely too focused on culture fit and shows they don't have an idea of what they're looking for or how to judge candidates being that it took so many people to make an assessment. The icing on the cake was after waiting an additional two weeks, no decision. Never told "hey, not interested, or here's an offer." Just complete silence which after such a lengthy process is completely unprofessional.

HR reached out soon after application and we hopped on a call. In the technical, I talked about my role and interviewer was interested to get to know my interests like what I want to learn and get out of the role and asked me a few culture questions. Then I walked through different sql exercises with the interviewer. The questions were reflective of what one might do in this role and I had a sense they were looking for someone with strong sql skills. Interviewer also gave me some time to ask questions at the end and stayed on a bit later to answer all my questions. Interviewer was very open and honest when answering my questions. Sadly didn't get advanced to next round.
