I told them about my past experience as a warehouse laborer/ group lead (4 years) that then moved up into part-time HR assistant role and told them all the difficulties I faced when it came to working in that environment ( on the work floor, there were a lot of arguments, physicality, weapons, cursing, employees had poor time management, and difficulties with their lives)
