I have never experienced a process like the one at Patek Philippe. 3 different recruiting agencies contacted me regarding the same position at Patek Philippe. The first recruiter sent me to the interview and after a week I was told the position was filled by another candidate. A month after the interview another recruiter called me to present the same position to me. I meantioned I was interviewed by the hiring manager and that I didn’t get the job. A month after the second recruiter, a third recruiter contacted me regarding the same position... I’m still puzzled on why 3 agencies think I’m a good fit for the position and the hiring manager doesn’t!
