**The organization is very low paying and very much confused.** It was a weekend drive (Saturday). I was called for a face to face interview. Written test with 3 question. Solved them all as per the time complexities mentioned. Had first face to face. 3 more questions were asked. This went well. HR came to me after an hour of wait and told me that they are interviewing for SE2 and I have been recommended for SE3 by the first round panel and told me to leave for the day as SE3 has a different process and they would approach me for the same early next week. Next week on Thursday HR approached me saying that I have to undergo 2 more rounds of interview and said he would send an invite over email. In the invite, it was mentioned 3 more rounds of interview. When I enquired about that, there was a very confused kind of answer which I really couldn't understand. He was saying something like they want to try for SE3 and SE2 both and see where I fit in. The case actually was that they were not able to give hike if they hire for SE2 and were not sure if I was fit for SE3. The even enquired with me with my current pay before calling me. But on the day of interview, they had an internal discussion among themselves and found that they wouldn't be able to give me a raise, if they hire me for SE2. I feel that there was no such recommendation as to hire for SE3 after the first round, since based on a DS and Algo round no interviewer would come to such a conclusion. They just made this as they wanted me to leave with a positive note. @Paypal : Please don't waste candidates time and effort by calling them, if you can't pay them
