Can be lengthy wait time between contacts from HR or the supervisors. You'll have to interview a few different times w/ different people on the call. There was also a lengthy assessment you take prior to even interviewing.

They were mostly behavioral questions to see how you've responded to situations in the past.
It was a phone interview followed by an in-person interview in their offices. The interview was followed by a follow-up call a few days later where I was offered the position.

Several behavioral interview questions, such as "Tell me of a time you improved a process and what were the outcomes"
Applied to the position, a few days later the recruiter contacted me via email to set up a phone interview. Completed the phone interview, the recruiter sent the assessment, once I completed that I was presented to the hiring manager. Ten minutes later I got a confirmation for a phone interview with the manager on a Monday.
Phone interview was very pleasant, the hiring manager asked questions about experience and how it relations to the position. Got an offer on the Friday of the same week. Standard HR/PEO questions were asked.

Very communicative process. I was notified when moved to next stage. If I had any questions, recruiter/hiring manager were very responsive. I have kept in touch to this day with the hiring manager.
