The recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview. She called for the interview, we talked for a bit then she said she was going to give me 20 minutes to think about some answers and she called me back. She interviewed me some more, then emailed some resources to be prepared for next interview. A couple of days later I was interviewed by a team leader. A few days later I had my final interview. The recruiter called me in between each interview to ask how I thought it went.
