After you apply and get approved for your first interview they'll email you to ask when a good time for the recruiter to call you is. They'll do a preliminary phone call asking about what your current job is, why you applied to paycom, your availability, and questions about how you fit the role. After that interview if you pass it they'll schedule either an in person or zoom interview with the actual department you'll work for. Then if you pass that they'll email you information for a background check, references, and a place to get a drug test. After that clears then you'll get a start date and an email to set up your onboarding. They'll call or email or text you one last time to make sure everything is good to go.
