The process was very smooth and professional, Stephanie was my recruiter, she was very nice and explained me everything.
We started with a phone screen interview, after I had a zoom interview with team leaders and the final interview was with the supervisor. Everyone was very friendly!
After I passed all the interviews HR did my background check, including a drug screen, credit and education. I enjoyed the process and very excited to start with the company!

Had a phone interview and an in person interview. Process was simple and they expected the STAR approach to answering questions. There were 3 people that interviewed me, all were fairly easy-going.

One round phone interview and second round in person interview. Very smooth process which wasn’t very difficult. Asked about previous experiences and your knowledge about tax. The recruiters were friendly and personable during the whole process.

A very mellow and interactive interview process. Both ladies were very informative and helpful throughout their questioning and with my questions. I loved how it was a more lengthy interview rather than a very short “ tell me about yourself and why you are good for the job” having more time with both interviewers gave me more information of how paycom thinks, moves, and what it requires from their employees.
