The questions were easy. I have applied at many jobs here at paycom. More than not I get turned down with all the experience or qualifications that they’re asking for yet the job posting is still there. I know people who only have a high school diploma working here and I have a degree and still can’t get a job. The very first interview I was supposed to have, the recruiter never called me…..EVER! The other two I had I thought went great but was turned down from both. Even though I’ve heard nothing but bad about this company here recently, I wanted to give it a try because it was recommended to me before all the negative output from Paycoms current and previous workers. They did me a favor by not giving me a job even though the same jobs I applied for are still sitting there even though they claim the “position has been filled.” I will never apply to this company again. Thanks for showing me what type of company you were before I could even get a chance to work here. I should’ve stopped applying when your recruiter asked me for an interview and then stood me up.

The interview process was easy and everyone I met seemed nice. The role seemed quite stressful and the pay did not match the workload, level of complexity, or stress level.
