The process was lengthy and intensive, with 8+ interviews and a significant project, likely the most demanding I’ve been asked to complete in my career. In addition, they requested feedback between each stage, which required multiple 15-minute calls and added to the overall time commitment. I ultimately did not receive an offer, which may have been for the best given the level of effort required just to get through the interview process, it suggests very high expectations for the role itself.
