Two stage interview process, first stage was with someone from HR on the phone. Very generic questions, an invite for a face to face interview with the hiring manager followed quickly scheduled a few weeks later. The interview took place in their office in central London. Very big corporate office, it took me 5-10 minutes to get from reception to the meeting room. Hiring manager was very engaging and interested in my career. Was well prepared which I appreciated. Left the interview with a good feeling, no matter the outcome. Sent a thank you note to the HR person, and she then told me to get feedback within weeks. Since then no feedback or update whatsoever. Chased the HR person a month later for an update, but no response. The status of my application in my Taleo profile says "completed" whatever that means. Very disappointing experience. Not showing some courtesy, appreciation and decency say a lot about the company, you would expect a big company like them should have adequate processes in place. Avoid.
