A phone interview, then a face-to-face interview. Both instances were formal but relaxed, interviewers created a friendly atmosphere that wanted to get to know you personally not just professionally. Phone interview was around 30 mins, face-to-face around 1hr. Emphasis on interviewee maintaining and continuing conversation.
