E-Mailed my resume to the human resources department, I don't know if this was the norm but I got a call for and interview within the week. At the interview there was three people from upper management, but it was not at all intimidating. we ended up talking more about the area and how long we have all lived near each other. This was beneficial due to the bank wanting employees to be close to the customers. We ended the interview and I received a call later in the next week offering me the position.
