First is a phone interview with a lovely HR professional. Then if she feels you have the required qualifications and experience she will scheduled an in person interview with the team members of the department you are applying for. I went for the interview and met with some really nice and knowledgeable people. Everyone I interacted with were courteous and very welcoming. Seems like a nice place to work. My interview experience from beginning to end has been one of the best I've experienced. Company is very proffesional and treated me as a potential candidate with a lot of respect. I didn't get an offer but I truly appreciated the fact they notified me they were going with another candidate. Not a lot of companies have the courtesy of doing this so this speaks volume.
