Initial sift by internal member of staff then Teams interview with hirer. The person spent 2 minutes telling me about the company and then stopped speaking, asked if I had any questions. It was very clear to me that my age was a problem (late fifties) so I asked a couple of questions but realised it was going nowhere so the interview was over in less than 7 minutes. If you are a veteran or experienced hire like me don't waste your time applying for a role with this company. The hiring manager obviously forgot about the company equity, diversity and inclusivity policy, another good example of a company not practising what it preaches on their website. Never heard back, not even a thanks but no thanks, very unprofessional.
