Spoke with two people, manager and HR director of the plant (this was 4 years ago, it may have since changed). This was after a basic phone screen where they basically want to find out if your a dolt or not.

Not any concerning questions you should be worried about but the hiring process does take pretty long and they require pee test after it just become the waiting game waiting to hear back.
