They invited me for an on-campus interview after a job fair. The interview was about half an hour with two interviewers. The interviewers were slightly awkward and didn't seem very engaged in the process.

Interviewed by HR rep and Sales rep. Set of behavioral questions. Each rep had several sheets containing the set of questions. They noted each answer accordingly. After their questions, they ask if you have any questions about the position/PepsiCo/themselves, etc.
