It was very laid back. The interviewers were very relaxed and they wanted you to be very comfortable. Really wanted to get to know you away from your resume. The resume was more of a guide in the conversation, but by being open about interests, accomplishments, and aspirations the interview was enjoyable and interesting.

I was asked to use the STAR method. A lot of giving examples of leadership and how you handle well under pressure. They wanted to see flexibility and adaptable.
