Typical questions following format of SAR. “Tell us about a time you had coach someone with more experience/tenure than you. What did you tell them? How did they respond?” Not an exact quote, but that is how most of the questions were formatted.

Very basic short phone interview, did not call at scheduled time and caught me during a run on a trail. There was a time zone difference by multiple hours causing confusion for the interviewer.

Met at the college career fair and through that got an initial interview. After initial interview received a second interview a couple weeks later. This interview was easy with many questions about leadership and it ended up being my final interview. Great interview process not intimidating at all.
