One on one with a laid back environment. Waited in the waiting room for several other people being interviewed. Greeted by a friendly guy who conducted the interview and didn't feel like i was being interrogated.

They will make you think you are applying for the secret service and then you see you are working in a hazardous environment where injury is at an alarming rate!!! You will get hurt hands down!! They will not do anything but get rid of you and hire someone else.
