As with Starcom and other Publicis-owned agencies, there is absolutely no communication with the candidate. Initial 15-minute phone screen and that’s it. I’ve been emailing the HR manager for over a month without any responses.

Typical interview process. HR phone interview then a technical phone interview followed up an in office interview where I met with 3 people and just went over different situations. At one point I was given a laptop and asked to find as many technical errors with a website loaded on the screen in 5 minutes.
