Was interviewed during a career fair at Cornell University. No behavioral questions, the interviewer asked me to walk him through my resume and portfolio and then I could him questions about the firm. The interviewer asked a few questions about the projects and asked about why I wanted to work there.

Interview was pretty straightforward, normal questions, staff was very friendly. I only interviewed once, and then got the offer. The entire process lasted a couple of weeks I believe, maybe two.

Was emailed the name of the architect I’d be interviewed by. When I got there it was the architect, Hr and another colleague. It lasted an hour and a pleasant comversation
