Met at my schools career fair and got an email for an in person interview. Waited for a month after the interview to get an offer. They called me to tell me about the offer before sending it. The process was long but overall positive.

Had an online interview a few months ago. Interview was fine but the interviewer completely ghosted me. I tried following up but no response. They could have at least told me they wont be moving forward with the interview.
