All day assessment centre at the Dublin head quarters.
Day consisted of:
1. Brief introduction to the company
2. Individual presentations, pre-prepared on a topic that you feel passionate about
3. Meet one of the current grads
4. Group activity looking at process waste then presenting back with Q and A
5. Individual interview
