The interviewer seemed to have minimal interest in the first interview. First of all, they couldn’t find my CV in the first place and was apparently skimming through it when I suggested to start the process with introducing myself. The follow-up question from the interviewer was ‘Any question you want to ask me?’ after me introducing myself. Throughout the 30-min interview I was only asked one question, which was technical. Then I filled up the interview with questions I could think of. Of all the questions I asked them, which I attempted to sparkle any interest about me from them, they only responded with vague and uncertain answers, giving me a bunch of red flags about the whole recruiting process. I got an email three weeks after telling me they went for another candidate, which wasn’t surprising at all.
