The CEO reached out to me via LinkedIn - and we made a connection.I was interviewing for a freelance/contract project and the CTO called me the next day and told me it was a full-time position. I decided to move forward with the interviews. I had spoke to the CTO and 3 other eomployees. I made sure they were aware that I had other clients. They wanted me to start immediately. I told them I could start about 25-hours a week while I was offboarding my other clients. On 11/17 the CTO sent me a text message and said if I didn't start, they'd go with another candidate. I asked both the CTO and HR for a phone call. Both ghosted me. On Monday they revoked my offer via Docusign - with no other communication! BEWARE OF HOW THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES
