Interviews with General and Assistant Manager as well as District Manager. 2 weeks of book work and knowledge test followed by on the job assessment. Don't expect to be hired into this position nor want to.

Very informal, and very candid. Total interview time was 4 hours. For management, you have to be interviewed by two separate store leads. They work with you to ensure you are a good fit.
