Awful. No feedback three weeks later. Not even a single call back after taking the time to go to the interview. Clearly only interviewing out of showing face as they covered the role internally. Interview went well but never got any feedback. All I got was an automated email from a generic box a week after the interview. Not a single call even though I was promised one and spent a lot of time and effort on both the application and interview.
