Meet with General Manager and FOH Manager. Walked thru kitchen to see size - very small. Asked about handling Brunch rush and ordering experience. Then asked to meet with owner who goes over vision and expectations. Asked about prior experience. Very insistent that the Breakfast Menu is not going to change much.
