3 stage interview process which was an initial telephone interview with a resourcing partner. Then a competency interview on Teams with the Area Manager, and then a final interview where I had to carry out a SWOT analysis of a store prior to the interview then present my findings and a 90 day plan at the same interview which was held face to face with the area manager and a people partner. The whole process was very enjoyable due to the relaxed nature of the people conducting the interviews
