This was one of the more pleasant interview experiences I have been through, and not just because I got the job. A friend and former coworker referred me in after I saw this listing on LinkedIn, and I had a phone interview with the hiring manager a couple of weeks later. HR then set up on-site interviews. They communicated everything very thoroughly and were very cordial and professional in their dealings with me. The hiring manager walked me around to each person's office, so I was not stuck in a conference room all afternoon. The people I interviewed with were warm and collegial, and asked genuinely relevant questions. I had a very enjoyable discussion with each and every one of them. The hiring manager was very open about how many other candidates were being interviewed and the timeline for a hiring decision. He contacted me a couple of weeks later with an offer.
