Fill out form, don’t submit your CV then hirevue then assessment center and final interview. It’s a very straightforward process and they guide you throughout. What makes you wake up in the morning

They focus a lot on their values, tell me about a time you were courageous and stood up for something/someone even though others around you wouldn’t agree with you
Was invited to an assessment centre and interview. Got no reply at all after that, Another person from the assessment centre reached out to me asking if I have heard back, as they hadn't either. Apparently, they got a call saying that the role was no longer available, and no one was hired. There's a chance they called me and I missed it, but they left me no voicemails or emails.
not hard, only one round, so its not that bad. the assessors were also very encouraging, and i wasnt intimidated. The questions were very good too. Overall the experience was very very good.
