Very quick and informal process. Discussion with directors about the company and my experience, how I respond to criticism, where I see myself in 5 years time. Really just trying to fill out this word count
Relaxed conversation with hiring managers for ~30 mins. Asked questions on previous experience and education and a few situational questions. Team were very friendly and put me at ease with their questions
