Applied through temp agency, referred after brief phone screen. Interviewed with a supervior team; received a tour of the lab first, spent 20 minutes alone with the technician in the lab I was applying for, and was asked questions about one procedure during the interview. Applied on a Tuesday, had an answer on Friday.
