Multiple rounds of interview before even reaching hiring manager One round included an exam style debits and credits test whilst watched by someone via teams. This test in particular really put me off as it felt like school. I then googled one of the questions afterwards to check if I'd got it right and found the whole test was taken straight off a website, which made it feel like a test for the sake of a test. I withdrew my application after this round because I totally disagree with that style of interviewing someone. It made me feel really uncomfortable and anxious
