I was initially contacted by an agent handling their role and he put my CV to them. I arranged an interview within two days or so. Had to complete a survey. First interviewed with the Area manager, which was very relaxed, then then next stage was to meet with Area Manager and to meet the Store manager I would be working with to see if we would be a good match. The key is to just your personality across!
