A entrevista foi mais uma conversa onde o gestor me perguntava acerca da minha trajetória e experiências. Também foi positivo que eles forneceram feedback, onde a oferta foi feita para uma pessoa mais experiente que eu. Todo o processo da entrevista foi tranquilo.

Gut strukturiert. Informationen zum Ablauf wurden am Anfang klar kommuniziert. Alle erforderlichen Infos wurden proaktiv zur Verfügung gestellt. Man hat die Möglichkeit sich über zusätzliche Links und Image Filme zu informieren. Da das Image der Firma teilweise kritisch gesehen wird, sollte man sich damit im Vorfeld auseinandersetzen. Im Gespräch wurde danach aktiv gefragt.
