I applied to a job posting and was contacted by the person responsible to arrange a phone interview and I was informed that there are 3 interview rounds. The interview was very formal and impersonal which put me off. Afterwards I was contacted for a second interview and arranged a day/time for, while I also received some informative feedback for my 1st interview. Before the interview I was contacted again and I was informed that the procedure changed and they wanted to screen people based on their grades first before going to the second interview. At that point I had already been offered a position elsewhere and so I cancelled my application.

after applying on the Philips career website, i got an invitation email to hirevue virtual interview and game based assessment. it look less than an hour to complete. I was given 5 days to complete.

First step was a hirevue interview with 3 game based assessment and 4 questions. The interview was pretty easy and basic questions and the games tested memory and computational skills
