Had a really terrible interview. Only the HM got to ask questions, and I couldn't say anything. Some people didn't even bother turning on their cameras during the virtual interview, which felt pretty disrespectful. HR seemed cannot understand the hiring requirement from HM. Another company that asks for tons of candidate details before interview. HM didn't seem to care about my resume. Instead, they asked weird questions that needed some kind of special mindset. It made me think that working there might be a bit crazy, dealing with strange situations and not much interaction with colleagues. Overall, it will be an extraordinary experience ONLY IF you want an interview that makes you feel down, demoralized, and doubtful about yourself, feel free to attend and waste your time.
