There was screening round and as per their requirements they reached me. Process in terms of active days took around 2 weeks. The HR explained roles and responsibilities and other things were later discussed. If your goals are aligned with their expectations then you're good to go. There's no specific criteria for a person but obviously if you have particular skills only then will you be reached out.
