First call with Lead Engineer. Talked about my experience, my current work. Then he explained what the company is about and share details about the position. I decided not to continue the interview because it was as freelance.

Interview split into 3 parts. Phone screening first, tech assessment over a week which has to be presented, two McQuaig's assessments, and final interview with senior engineer. Overall an extremely positive and honest interview process. Everybody that runs the interviews are very nice and friendly which made the whole process so much easier for the interviewee. Tech test was not too difficult. Assessments can't be studied for.
