Initially I was being interviewed by two physical therapists who really didnt seem qualified to be interviewing someone for a massage therapist position. I expect to be interviewed by either a massage therapist or someone who was qualified and asked the appropriate questions. While i was asked only 3 questions that didn’t seem very well thought out, one of the interviewers was too busy trying to figure something out on the computer to show me how my salary would work, and it seemed that was his only efforts during the whole interview. No sign of interest was being shown on either ends of the two men interviewing, It seemed as though he just wanted to prove how well they pay there and make me feel a certain way about it. I felt very judged right off the bat because I’m only a year into massage therapy. Very naive thing on their end because I’m actually very good at what I do especially for being a year in and have lots of success improving my clients bodily and muscle health with massage. Very unfortunate I wish I would of been given the chance to be interviewed by someone qualified and given the appropriate chance I deserved. In the end they were very unprofessional and did not respond to me in anyway and immediately cut off communications. It felt odd to me and unprofessional on their end. If I had done something during there interview to deserve that kind of behavior from them I would’ve understood but that wasn’t the case. Be weary of pinnacle wellness, I haven’t heard or experienced anything but bad things about the physical therapists who work there.
