My interview process was overall very thorough, and ultimately one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had. My phone screen was done with an engineering manager and a software engineer, where we had a very productive conversation around the technical questions. The final round consisted of three interviews where I met with a mix of managers and senior engineers. They were all extremely friendly and helped facilitate a great interview experience. Finally, the executive round of interviews was done with two members of leadership. With these two members, I was able to both share more about myself as well as ask important questions to help me gauge the company. All the while, my recruiter at Pinwheel was very attentive and responsive. She really helped me through the offer stage by answering all of my questions in depth, and she helped advocate for me to the rest of the hiring group!
