There were three steps to the interview process.
1. Phone call screening with HR
- this is a very basic, straightforward screening
- you will be asked basic interview questions
2. Interview with your future supervisor
- they ask you to sell something
- ask you straightforward questions
3. interview with Mack, the head of all SDRs

Colloquio
Phone screen, followed by two in person interviews and a job shadow. They ask you questions about how well you know the product/industry, and have you go through some sample sales practices.
