My interview was scheduled at 11 AM with a specific person, but unexpectedly, someone else joined the call late, stating that the original interviewer was busy with other matters. While that was understandable, the new interviewer seemed unwilling to engage, and her facial expressions made it clear. She asked if I had experience in Australia, to which I responded yes and explained my work profile in detail. However, I was shocked to hear from my recruiter that I was not selected due to a “lack of experience in Australia,” which is completely untrue. How pathetic is that? I wonder why she provided false information about my rejection. It feels biased, and I can’t help but question what led her to act that way.

There were three stages to the interview consisting of an initial screen: self introduction, q&a over CV, and some behavior questions. A second stage online psychometric and personality testing. Then a last stage follow-up case study which gives you half an hour to prepare than to present to a group of interviewers with Q&A afterwards. Nothing overly technical if you already have the knowledge and experience required for the role.
